Job Title - Service Center Director
Job Location - Bozeman Billings Missoula Kalispell
Position Summary - With guidance and support from the CEO and in collaboration with the Service Center’s Community Leadership Council (Council) and leadership staff members in the Chapter headquarters office, the Service Center Director is responsible for fundraising events and donor relations, community relations, and service delivery in their assigned service area. Additionally, this position is responsible for oversight of the Service Center’s resources and operations, staff and leadership volunteers. Incumbent directs a minimum of 60% of his or her time towards fundraising, marketing and community relations efforts.

Position Summary - With guidance and support from the Service Center Director, the incumbent coordinates Preparedness, Response, Armed Forces Emergency Services and International Social Services programs, utilizing and managing a strong cadre of program volunteers.
Job Title - Public Support Director
Job Location - Great Falls
Position Summary - The incumbent works in partnership with the CEO to create and implement a comprehensive fund development plan for the organization. Incumbent is also responsible for developing and implementing new strategies and enhancing current fundraising activities to achieve new levels of giving for the Chapter. Incumbent is responsible for significant revenue generation, both at organizational and personal levels. In addition, incumbent is responsible for ensuring successful communications and marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s visibility and image throughout Montana and position the organization as a respected social services leader.
Qualifications - BA/BS, 7+ years fundraising & community relations exp, team player, excellent interpersonal & communications skills.

Job Title - Part-Time Public Support Associate
Job Location - Great Falls
Position Summary - 20 hours a week. Provide administrative support by maintaining the donor database (including data entry, editing and updating), and preparing acknowledgment letters for donations. Also assists with fundraising special events as needed.
